I have years of experience in Dog Grooming and fully qualified in Canine First Aid. I work with all breeds of dogs from Chihuahua’s to Grate Dane’s, puppies to golden oldies. All grooming appointments are one-on-one.

Services range from full grooms, traditional or pet groom, bath and tidy, puppy intros, de-shedding, eye trims and nail clips. Nail clips are not restricted to just dogs.

All services are by appointment only.

All prices are an estimate and can differ depending on the size of your dog.

All dogs of the same breed aren’t always the same size. Coat condition (matting) and temperament of your dog will be an additional charge.

Policies

Cancellations

I require 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total grooming price. Appointments missed/cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of the total grooming price. This must be paid before any further appointments are made.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required if appointments are repeatedly cancelled and must be paid to secure future appointments.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Please ensure your dog has been for a walk and the toilet prior to their appointment.

Late arrival may result in cancellation of your appointment and a fee will incur.

At drop off an estimated time will be given for pick up, I will contact you 10 minutes prior to your dog being ready for pick up. If more notice is required please inform me at drop off.

Please inform me of any changes to your contact details.

Social Media

I always try to take pictures of your dog but sometimes this may not be possible on a busy day.

I love to share your dogs pictures on my social media, no personal information will be shared only your dogs name.

If you do not wish pictures of your dogs to be posted please let me know.

De-matting

I only groom dogs humanely therefore I will not de-mat any dog. My policy is to shave/ clip coats to minimise stress on your dog.

De-matting a dog is extremely painful and causes a lot of stress to your dog and myself. An additional fee will be charged if your dogs coat is severely matted as extra time is needed to remove the mats safely.

Shaving/clipping a dogs matted coat may cause them to act differently as it can expose pre-existing skin conditions, irritation or sores that were hidden under the mats.

I can provide a FREE booklet which is a guide for the upkeep of your dogs coat.

Announcements

Unfortunately due to a high number of people cancelling last minute or not showing to appointments we now

unfortunately have to take 50% deposits from new clients before your appointment is secured.

This can be paid either bank transfer or in cash, if a deposit isn’t paid within 48 hours of making the appointment the appointment will be offered to someone else.

We really didn’t want to have to do this but as this is our only source of income it really effects us when appointments are missed, I hope you can all understand, Aimee and Stephanie !!
